Map tile consumption

What are map tiles and how many of them are needed to display a map?

In this example, individual tiles are highlighted with a red border
The counter shows how many tiles are loaded when working with the map
The larger the map and the more you move around on the map, the more tiles will be loaded

Attention, the tile counter works only roughly. The actual consumption of credits is significantly lower, because the browser takes the tiles that have already been loaded from the temporary memory and does not download them again using the API.
