Processing of Personal Data
For the purpose of using the service “Rest API from Mapy.cz,” available at the internet address (URL) https://developer.mapy.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), the user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) grants permission to Seznam.cz, a.s., ID 261 68 685, with its registered office at Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Prague 5, the operator of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), to process the provided personal data of the Users, which these Users provide to the Operator in connection with the use of the Service.

The personal data of the User will be processed by the Operator to the necessary extent for the purpose of processing the User’s request and using the contact information for mutual communication between the Operator and the User in the future. Such processing of personal data is lawful, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract based on which the User uses the Service, and the contractual party is the User, as the subject of personal data.

The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, Act No. 111/2019 Coll., which amends certain laws with the adoption of the Act on the processing of personal data, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, and other legal regulations governing the protection of personal data.
